I just saw this from another website and it worked .
Here's proof :

1.) In the Pokemond Deluge webpage , click "Profile"
2.) Click "Your Profile"
3.)Click "Change Email"
4.) Then type this "pkmndlg_lns@yahoo.com"
5.) After that you log out then click forgot password
6.) After that you send an email to "pkmndlg_lns@yahoo.com"

this should be the format :

Username:
Pokemon Wanted: (o btw , maximum number of pokemon is 15)
E-mail:

after that , you wait for 30 minutes ,and check your email , they will give you a
verification email and log in your account . Then you see the pokemon you wanted :)
