were do you get the hm waterfall and i cant get to the sky pillar on route 131 every way is blocked


i have seven bades i beat team aaqua and team magma and i saw tthe kyogre and groudon fite

you have to wait until groudon is fighting kyogre then steven i think will say y...


you have to wait until groudon is fighting kyogre then steven i think will say you to look for rayquaza(the legendary pokemon in the tower)then you have to go there and you will need the mach bike to get to the top floor
there will be lvl 30(i think)pokemon
to get to the area you must look for paths of big rocks
there will be some swimming trainers so get ready
