there is 2 ways
1.go to focil maniacs house in falabour or...
2.train a nincada or trapinch to level 40 (i think)and it will learn dig by itself.

idk if it applys for ruby or sappire version.

ok so go to fallabour town just past it you will find a nice little house against the
cliff.go inside the house and talk to this little boy he will give the tm dig.you do not
have to use a gameshark or any kind of hacking divice to get the tm dig.well thats how.i
really hoped i helped ya.
