you go to the weather man in the weather insititute right next to Fortree City and he would say there is a drought or rain on a certain route than go there if it is rain you use dive and look for marine cave and if it is a drought you look for a cave and there is where you find groudon

go to the weather instatute go to the second floor ask the scientist on the far left he will say there is rain or something like that then he will say what rout it is on if its on water go there dive on that rout and look for a cav go in and dive again you should be in a cave where kyogre is. there is a door if you go straight then there will be aa room with fog go down and kyogre will be there

to catch these pokemon you must go to the weather station by fortree city then go up to the top floor and talk to the scientest(he is the only one up there) he will tell you that there is a drout on a certain route,go to the route and find a cave inside you will find lvl 70 groudon...to find kyrouge do the same thing but the scientist will say there a downpoor on a root go and surf there till you find a cross shaped dive spot dive down and follow the paths till you find kyrouge

u have to beat the elete 4 but koygre is a pain in the butt to catch

it true what the they say but first you have to beat the pokemon leauge. the you go to the wheater thing talk to the guy and he will tell you where there are. BUT IF YOU HAVENT USED YOUR MASTER BALL YET YOU CAN CACTH THEM WITH ULTRA BALL TRUST ME IT JUST TAKES A WHILE. anway and if you havent caught latias or lotios use the master ball on them trust me they will run away on the first turn and there level 40.
