dude u have to have wailord and relicanth. and a pokemon that knows flash,dig,and rocksmash first go to sootopolis and go to the left where the currents are then put wailord in front of the pokemon thing and relicanth in the bak then dive after u find some weird writings u have to dive up where u find them then run to the bak and use dig if u don have dig get trapinch and level it up to 41 the caves will open once u use dig in the cave that is with the weird writings way in the bak or just go on youtube and find out wat u have 2 do

in your party you need walord first and relecan last.first go to pacifidlog town and go west in the curent untill you find a diving spot and then once you have diven in the water go to the cave and then go to the midel of the tablet and then press a to it and then and earthquack will happen.

Registeel is southwest of route 120and northwest or dewford. there is a small island and
you go on the other side and there should be his cave. Regirock is to the south of the
desert north of mauiville.

-run 1 lap around rooms perimeter to open a secrect chamber
-a hole appers....(go inside)
-you find regiice at level 40.....
