you have to go to the underwater team aqua hideout and beat it

u cant get into the cave cuz you beat the game

you gotta get kyogre and groudon out of the places then you then wallace will talk to him and you can go inside then all this other stuff then you go to sky pillar on route 131 and you need match bike go through the puzzle and at the top there is raqauza srry i told you this other stuff:)

beat the league and he will be gone

when kyoger and groudon are fighting go to steven and he will take you to the cave of origan. The guy will move then only whene their fighting thought.
