When you get a metal coat from the guy on 5 island when his standing next to a pillar give it to a onyx or a scythed and then trade it with a friend and the following: Onix-Steelix Scyther-Scizor.

When you get kings rock (i forgot where) give it to a slowpoke or a polishers and then trade to a friend Slowpoke-Slowking Poliwhirl-Politoed.

To get the Sapphire back you have to go to one of the islands go to team rokets ware house (you need two passwords) a go through the maze beat the sientsit he gives saphire.
