no.1 if ur playing on gba its going to be hard to catch him
no.2 have a pokemon with the move Mean Look
no.3 catch all the Unokwons
no.4 go two a patch of grass and run around and might appear MIGHT
no.5 when u meet him use mean look so he dose not escape then catch him. i did this on
computer but it should work any computer is so much easier cause you can use a master
ball cheat code and catch him strait away. Hope i helped i got raikuo ut i wanted suicune
