all you really do is go to new bark town you must have surf and waterfall you will see a
cave go in there will be water then a water fall im prity sure there will be another
waterfall go down it there will be a exit go out it there will be a trainer with balbasaur
and other pokemon a house with a laddie she give you sand storm then there should be
another surf part go throw it then you will see a man and says congrats you've got to
kanto then a bridge with some trainers then go and defeat the next 8 kanto bagdes

To go to Kanto head over to NewBark town, swim to the other side, then if you were already
in Kanto you can fly to a city in Kanto.
There are few way to go to Jhoto:

1. Beat the league.

2. Sail from Vermilion city.

3. Go to where you fight Blue/Red but head south insted. It will take you some time, and
here you are at a little lake, now cross the lake and you'll be at Jhoto.
