What is exploder?

i need a blastorse really bad! i need to know where they are.

for dan 9966 an exploder is like a disk full of progress like updates and stuff if you use
the exploder for pokemon indigo you'll get the legendary pokemons thats not in that
version yet. for the guy above me you get blastoise first form when you pick a starter
pokemon then you evolve it to its third form to get blastoise,you dont get blastoise in
indigo world,gym leaders,and elite 4 you have to get it as your starter pokemon or you
just go to the trade center and find a blastoise if you have enough exp

where do you catch absol,aron,and dratini

its not in that version yet

you have to catch absol from the elite 4 desame as the others but dratini can be found in
the underwater zone people sa that
