i have venusaur,charizard and blastoise level 100 but i cant find mew in the cave where do we find it???

you can find mew in artisan cave but if you only deafeat the elite four

i still cant find it


i have beaten all gym leaders have 7 lvl 100 pokemon but still cant find it.
