go to your zone and go to setup battle team and click on the pokemon you want to nickname
and at the top their should be a text box for the name

1. Go to "My Zone"
2. Click on: "View all my Pokemon/Set up My Battle Team"
3. Click on the Pokemon wherein you'll change the name. A pop-up will appear
4. Click it's name. Erase it using the backspace button.
5. Type the name you want for that Pokemon.
6. Click change.
7. The Pokemon's name is now changed.
