Look at my party's cheat. And notice it.
It was good because:
I started with squirtle
I caught a pidgey at level 5
I trained both for a long time
I caught a geodude and trained it a lot
Then I caught an Abra And trained it a lot then I raised my pidgey in ceurlan it evolved to pidgetto
I battled misty with pidgetto
I trained pidgetto hardly to evolve it to pidgeot then i cared of the other pokemon
I depended on pidgeot in majority of my battles
The others evolved to stage1
I evolved Wartortle to blastoise on lv.46

After battling the elite four, getting th gems(ruby and sapphire)it came to that answer
There are the natures:-(not all, just the powerful ones)

Pidgeot: jolly
Blastoise: docile
Kadabra: quiet
Graveler: admant

After you get evee evolve it with a stone. Then breed the vapreon, fleareon then were be an evee egg so do it as many as possible and evolve the hatched evees to diffrent kinds of its evolutions:

Thunder stone: Jolteon
Water stone: Vapereon
Fire stone: Flareon
Happiness Morning: Epseon
Happiness Night: Umberon

You do all of these to get the evee family.

~NOTE~
- The dratini should be female or a low leveled male
- Nothing thrown
- A super rod needed

Go to safari zone and Fish for a dratini and throw ball at it when you throw the ball press UP and B together when the ball opens select a with them. then the dratini should be caught.

To get a nest ball go to pattern bush to the last line of grass at left. Use sweet scent. A her across should come catch it. An go to the one who's home has a sign saying:
Wanted! The Ultimate Horn. She should be in water path she will measure your her across (it must be in your party) the she will say: WOW! I've never seen a size like that. And she will reward you by a nest ball.

I found out this cheat in a guide book of the game. You may doesn`t believe it, but it does REALLY WORK!

1: First, you must take the Elite 4 two times (be sure you use your starting pokemon fully evolved).

2: Talk to prof. Oak, and he will check your pokedex. You now go to the mart in veridian and by some pokeballs.

3: Catch a caterpie in lvl. 3 in the viridian forest. You must now train it to a very high lvl. to beat the elite 4 once again with your butterfree, your starter, one of the legendary birds, and three pokemon you may choose you self.

4: You must now go into the cave you can catch Mewtwo (be sure to have already caugth or killed him). Then you go to the same spot where you found him, go out on the toilet (only to draw out some time, cause you have to wait in 5 minutes), and then you take of your hat, and it will appear a weedle in level 2!
