Put the pokemon in question in the daycare, and get and acro bike. then go to the muddy slope and tape down the up key, so ur character keeps desparetly trying to get up. the daycare works on how many steps you tke, i think, and so if you leave it for ,like, three days, your pokemon should be a full level( lvl. 100) happy lvling!
