you cannot get groudon in sapphire, you can get him by trading. =)

u need to trade grouden from eather ruby or emrald

i dont kown how to find groundo but u can get rayquaza in sappahire
go to the sky pilar and get the mach bike
use it to get to the top florr were is rayquaza look out because hes at lvl 70 and its not
easy to get it with normal balls
