Glitch - How to get any pokemon at any level

1. save a game on pokemon simulator
2.open the pokemon simulator file on note pad by right clicking the save file and clicking open with
3.scroll down till u c a lot of 0's exept the 1st 3 make the 5 a 100
4.on the other the fourth no. put any number from 1-386(the pokemon) and under the no. just wrote put a no. from 1-100(the level)
5.save the file on th note pad and on the pokemon simulator you will have the pokemon you want at any level
