well it depends really if its late time darks have more health but if its morning shinies have more i think

But I like Shiny Pokemn more than Darks because Dark Pokemn look dull.

wait just a second Dark pokemon Health will be less from 5.00am till 6.00pm. They only give health more from 6.01pm-4.59am. Shinys, well, it depends, it will have more health in the morning till sunset
