or the unknown tower

if you want legends try cathing a team of mewtwo from mewtwo's lair, one you have enough
put them in a teamusing these move
PSYCHIC
SURF
FIREBLAST
SHADOW BALL

these moves work because pychic is powerfull and works againt most types and surf and
firebast are for if psychic dont work shadowball is super effective against other psychics

train you mewtwos and once they are about lv120 (easiest way to train is going trainer
battle and choosing to battle yourself and keep using shadowball) once youve done that
take on ho-oh's or lugia's tower if you win you will get a ho-oh or a lugia

I know how to get some legendarys. If you get a lot of team points you get shiny Zapdos.
You can also get then in the Secret Swap. I also have 3 Regis. Plus you can buy them, get
them in battle towers, beat the unknown tower, or beat the legendary tower! Hey also to
level up your pokemon fast beat back to black. Set your moves to Fly Fireblast and Tocix
you pick the last. Use Tocix Fireblast Fly Fly Fireblast Fly Fly Fireblast Fly Fly. Keep
doing the Fireblast Fly Fly pattern until his first pokemon dies. Then start at tocix
