Can't tell you exactly but I just did it, you fight like hell all those little demons, I FOUND THROWING A HEAP OF SCISSORS works the best, and the spinning cats cat be killed with throwing scissors in the middle of the blur ! which kills the cat,the only way out is through a broken window then jump from one ledge to another on the outside wall, you have to fight attackers though, it was hair raising but in the end I walked out the front of the hospital......
