these points are in secret places but i can tell you only one it will be so long

when you are going to defeat the first boss

you open a door

when you are opening the door try to look at your back

there will be another door will be open

go inside it

and your will find a golden fountain drink the water

and a diffcult task will appear after you complete the tsk

your health will upgraded

there are many kind of secret places like this
