Naming your Guest:
To activate a cheat change a guests name to the following:

Guest waves to everyone

For lazy people who hate working the park rating up, here's a really easy way to have a high, infinite park rating. When you create a scenario, get all the ride you want and stuff. When you’re done, name your park "Mega Park". This make the park rating NEVER go under 700! Happy cheating!

This is how you stack, u click on any scenery, click on a square, when u click on it, don't let go of you mouse, press shift, then you stack.

Naming your Guest:
Melanie Warn – Maximizes happiness for that guest
Chris Sawyer – Photographs
Katie Brayshaw – Waves at other guests
Simon Foster – Paints
John Mace – Pays double for all rides
Tom Cruise – Visits all attractions NOTE: Unconfirmed.
Damon Hill – Drives Go-Karts very fast
Michael Schumacher – Drives Go-Karts even faster
Mr Bean – Drives Go-Karts really slow. NOTE: If it doesn't work try Mr. Bean
Bill Gates – Gives all guests unlimited money NOTE: Unconfirmed.
Tony Day - Hungry guest NOTE: Unconfirmed.
John Wardley – Constantly thinks: "Wow"
Elissa White – Thinks: "I'm so excited - It's an Intamin ride!" while riding on a Giga Coaster
Andy Hine – Thinks: "Nice ride! But not as good as the Phoenix..." upon exiting a coaster.
David Ellis – Thinks: "... and here we are on [ride name]!" while on [ride name].
Rain = Big Money:
To get fast money when it rains goes to info stands and raise umbrella
prices to max. The people will buy one because they hate to get wet make
sure that if there is tunnels don't put benches in them. IF u does they
will just go there so just watch as u get money get big cash
easy your welcome.
Tip: Sky Tower:
If you install Sky Tower in to your park, put a handyman up on the
second floor because most guests drop their litter where ever and the
handymen can't get on rides. I was playing on my custom made scenario
and the guests rode on it happy and came down mad. I checked if there
was anything wrong and at the second floor exit, there were tons of
litter. I put a handy man up there to get rid of it and some trash cans.
This made the guests happier.
Guests never leave:
Put a "No Entry" sign by the entrance, facing away from the entrance. Guests can still come in, but will not leave. Note: This may cause your park rating to decrease, because many guests will be "lost" and want to go home.
Save maintenance costs:
Charge 10 cents for all bathrooms and they can sustain themselves without reducing the favour of your park.
Extra building space:
Build a ride or attraction such as a maze. You can now build on top of that with smaller rides (for example, bumper cars).
Select height placement:
When placing any object, select where you want to put it, however before you click, hold [Shift] and move the mouse up or down. Click when you have the preferred height.
Change operating options without losing any guests that are queuing:
Click on a ride, pause game play, close... 

Build a ride or attraction such as a maze. You can now build on top of that with smaller rides (for example, bumper cars).

If you need more guests for your ending just place a sign after the entrance facing to the park. Then make it a no/entry sign. The people will stay in the park.

All these people say how to get money fast but all you have to do is
1:go into scenario editor do all the crappy stuff until you get to the money part
2:set start money to max, start loan to 0, and max loan will just keep going up e.g.
(I set mine to 1000000)
3:set interest to lowest 5 percent and start your game

3:make sure that its park entry free not other
4:ride intensity must be more than 9 you will get lowest of 7.1 exitement
5:you can build own rides and put really fast with lots of loops and height and ppl will go on
6:only use rollercoasters and set ride fee to exitement rate
e.g. 7.45=7.50 7.44=7.40

Make the most exciting roller coaster you can without it being too exciting (I'd say MAXIMUM about 9.99), or just find a good exciting pre-made roller coaster.
Then... Round the intensity rating to the nearest 0.1... Meaning if you have a number like 9.94, 9.93, 9.92, 9.91, it would be 9.90. If it was 9.95 and up, you would make it 10.00.
Make that number it's entry price.
Yep. If your number was 10.00 (NOTE: Those were only examples, not REQUIRED), then its price would be $10.00. They will never complain about it being too expensive. I did 'Dark Age - Robin Hood' with 2 roller coasters, including the pre-built one.
Although if its a low intensity rating, don't bother really.

IMPORTANT NOTE: This only works with roller coasters or rides built on track. Things like 'Enterprise' and other exciting 'smaller' rides, all those sorts of rides don't count... And they won't go on it if you try.

Take a guest and place them in the grass. Take the
water tool and pull water up on him. The water will make him drown.
Then, pull the water back down. The person will now drown in the
grass.

You can use the same cheat many times on different persons. Use this for an example:

Melanie Warn = MELANIE WARN = MeLaNiE WaRn......

You can use that method with every cheat.

Rename a guest with the name as noted below to get the desired result.

Chris Sawyer -- Will take pictures of your rides
Simon Foster -- Will paint pictures of your rides
Melanie Warn -- Increases the guest to completely happy
Katie Brayshaw -- Will wave to everyone she meets
John Wardley -- Says "Wow!" when he sees (or is on) a good coaster
Damon Hill -- Races around twice as fast on the Go Karts
Michael Schumacher -- Works the same as Damon Hill, but a little faster (and NO you can't race Damon and Michael!)
Mr Bean -- Will drive VERY slowly on the Go Karts

At the main menu, click Tutorials button, now click the bottom
selection. (I cant remember the name). Now wait until the tutorial is at
the end, then click or press any key. You will have a roller coaster
ready built, but you cant buy the exact same one in the buy mode for
roller coasters (located in thrillers) You might have to practice
because after a few seconds, if you do not have control (for example,
the tutorial is running, but you didn't click or press a key) the screen
will return to the main menu.
