The park vslue raises when more rides, attractions or structures were built. The value is
the sum total of all the cost of the materials in it if they were all sold out.

well the amount of guests saying "it's to crowded here" or "this path is disgusting" will
decrease your park value. in other words, keep your park clean and spaced out (not to
spaced out so they get lost)
