1. First you need WILD expansion pack
2. click on scenery and then you will see a symbol that looks like a bil board but with a
face (hence click on it)
3. There will be a button that will probably have something like custom phto or summin or
other....
4. click on ur img you want for ur bill board and the bill board design type and place it
in your park..
