I've built a roller coaster and it's opened but my guest can't ride the coaster. They're queuing in the line but that's as far as it goes? How can i make them actually get on the ride?

I can't get seem to get over 2000 guests. My guest amount stays around 1500. I tried advertisement but that seems to do nothing. Is there an easier way?!
