Hey, for scenario 4 tycoon level, what roller coaster can you build to satisfy the VIP? I build coasters with an excitement rating of at least 7.00 but she never goes on them. what can i do?

How do you do it?
They say they are hot, "i'm melting", "it's a scorcher", "i need shade".
i put up umbrella stands but they don't use them for shade.

So what do I do?

I build rides. I build very expensive coasters. Tickets are at a very cheap price. But they won't get in line. I build coasters that fit the requirements for that certain level. But the peeps won't ride. What am I doing wrong? Thanks in advance for any help.
