I used this way and i though it waz awesome, so i share it with u, its a good way to train up your stats. there's a place right outside of lumby where there's a lot of trees and goblins and spiders walking around to kill, go past all of them and go to this messed up structure that has a exclamation point on it (it should be a trapdoor) when u go to it, there should be spiders and giant spiders. wat u do is you kill the regular spiders with defense, strength, and range on till you get all of them to lvl 10.
you should be able to hit atleast 2 or 3's now. now you should go and kill lvl 2 goblins which should have more hp then spiders, but they still give good exp, you should kill all the goblins with defense, strength, and range until you get to lvl 15 in all of them (they drop alot of items and gold, sell the items you get at the lumby store to get money.
Now you should go and kill lvl 5 cows outside of lumby close to port sarim i think till you get ur defense, strength, and range to lvl 20. They drop cowhides that are worth 115gp at the GE!! so that's a way to get ur money fast too.
Now go to the rats that are lvl 6, you can find them outside of varrok in wildy and train your defense, strength, and range till your lvl 25 in all of them. (All of these monsters drop bones accept the spiders, you can bury those and get you prayer up too.
Just keep going higher and kill more monsters until you get 5 lvl's higher in you defense, strength, and range! and soon you'll be the best ;D
