Sandwich Lady

Oh! I am sooo annoyed of this sandwich lady! she keeps on coming and tells me to buy a sandwich from her when I bought one she said: Hey! I didn't say you could have that! and she zaps me somewhere behind the Lumbridge castle. And even when I ignore her she still zaps me somewhere! I am sooo annoyed of her it's been 3 times this has happened! plz! tell me what 2 do! and is she useful for anything? Thanks PLZ answer!
