How to Complete Goblin Diplomacy
(I must be able to kill a lvl2 goblin)
(20gp, 2 Onions, 2 Redberries, 3 Goblin Mail)

To start this quest talk to the Bartender in Port Sarim's Pub. Now, get 2 Onions (Behind
Farmer Fred), 2 Redberries (Near Varrock Stone Circle), and 2 Woad Leaves (15gp each in
Falador's Garden). Then go to the GE and buy 3 Goblin Mail. Go to Aggie and make 1 Blue
Dye, 1 Yellow Dye, and 1 Red Dye. Mix the yellow and red dyes together and make Orange
Dye. Dye one goblin mail blue, the next orange, and leave the 3rd one brown. Now go to
Goblin Village. (North of Falador and Doric) Talk to the genrals and show them the three
outfits. THERE U GO! 1 QUEST DONE!
