How to Complete The Restless Ghost
(I must be able to kill a lvl 13 skeleton)
To start this quest, talk to Aerick in Lumbridge Chapel. He asks you to go visit Father
Urhney whom is located in the Lumbridge Swamp. Go to the swamp (around the castle and
fence) and head south east of it. Talk to Father Urhney and he'll give you an Amulet of
ghostspeak. Now head back to the graveyard near the church and talk to the ghost. He'll
tell you that his skull was stolen from his coffin, and taken to the wizards' tower. Go to
the wizards' tower (south of Draynor) and go to the basement. Go to the northeast room and
fight the skeleton and take the skull. Now head back to the graveyard and put back the
skull. THERE U GO! 1 QUEST DONE!
