First go to free world 16.
You will need:
25 Rune Ess.
Air Talisman/Tiara
Steps:
1) Mine 25 or more rune ess.
2) Go to the air alter south of falador. To see map go here:
http://www.tip.it/runescape/img2/air_altar.png
3) Wait till someone say "Open" "Open2k" or "Open 2k+rune ess.
4) Trade with that person.
5) Offer 25 rune ess.
6) The person should give you 1, 2, or 3k and your rune ess. back in note form
7) Go to the bank and swap the note for the real item.
8) Repeat for step 2.
*Note: This only works for world 16 (Air Rune Alter). You need Rune Essence.
If you are a P2P (Member) you will want Pure Rune Essence instead. You can go to
World 66 or 99 (Law Rune Alter) and 91 (Nature Rune Alter). Note that you need 30 mining
to get pure essence.
