Its not far from shaddar nur . go east following the cliffs till you finda huge opening and up north should be a friendly dragon any way ignore him and keep goin south (its best if at shaddar nur you go north east) go through the village at the clearing then you should notice a forrest. at the forrest keep walking into it till you find the secret passage then follow it till u are near a small stream go left(south)along the edge of the stream and you should see them on the ground with letters in blood saying "jason" hope this works for you!
