You have to complete through the wall quest when it is completed you will end up in Orcish
Byway you then go towards a women who is highlighted in yellow and follow it from there.

u get them the same way... u do this research for this lady or man idk then u travel to a
island and do 2 quests for a giantmaybe three before he willsell u your special mount

light thats the person you want to talk to. the orcish by way is nea the end of the human
realm to nor plat (orc land) its also near the gal collasess or something like that
