you have to go through the rooms in the second floor and find a plastic bag to store some of the blood from the hanged-man in the third floor...the third floor is kinda difficult because you can't see the doors very well, but just keep looking. then, go down to the crematorium which is lvl 33(??). then you have to solve a puzzle, then you'll get a key which lets you open the locked door from teh first floor. hope this helps. i myself am having trouble with the final boss...i just don't have enough healing things. lol
