there are two cheats that might help. fightthepower can help by taking power requirements
off,making it so you do not have to worry about the outcome of power plants and power
lines and other electricity requirements. howdryiam does the same thing about water
requirements such as pipes water towers and other water requirements.

Hold down CTRL and press X. When the box pops up, type in moneyeo and hold the SHIFT key.
Alternate between hitting ENTER and the UP arrow. For each time these are both pressed,
you get 10,000,000 Simoleons.

when I downloaded the money tree from the simcity 4 website it did not appear in my game,
and when it says that the thing you downloaded will be under the plugins folder, it isn't.

Low on money? High on dirty industry? Raise taxes on I-D up to 20%. They don't move out,
but the demand crashes, no new I-D factorys will move in, and no old ones will move out.
Later in the game, tax I-M to 20% they don't move out ether. That will leave room for I-HT
to move in. DON'T TAX I-HT. THEY WILL MOVE OUT

riskymoney is another way but it causes earthquakes!! it gives you 10000 cash!!!!

There are a few ways to make money faster. Type weaknesspays and you will get a thousand.
Typer risky money and you will get ten thousand(however it causes earthquakes, so you
might try this once you've started a city but before you build anything). My favorite
trick is to zone everything high density. Build police and fire department to cover your
city. Build the university and a few city colleges, and a main library. Sims will have a
great educational level without all the elementaries and high schools that cost way to
much to cover a larger city. And once your city has reached over a hundred thousand
citizens raise taxes to twnety on everthing except high tech. Watch the money roll in.
Alternate between twenty and roughly 8% on taxes. Type in fightthepower and remove
electrical requirements, and howdryiam to remove water requirements which will save you
tens of thousands a month. If this doesn't work to bring you in tons of money, you didn't
follow my instructions and you shouldn't be playing anyway.
