Well enter BoolProp TestingCheatsEnabled true on the neighborhood.then enter the family
you wanna play shift+click on the sim and choose sim modder then vampire make (click sims
name)they will become a vampire if its sunny get them somewhere dark any ways sift click
on the mailbox and choose make npc then dracula i think just try that hope i helped
