No, there isn't a way but i wish there was!!

There's a program out there called SimPE, Google it and you should find it. Anyway, this
program will edit lots, Sims, families, careers, all sorts of stuff if you have the
patience to work at it. You can select a particular Sim, give him/her gold, silver, and
bronze stars in whatever you want and make them extra good at what they do, in addition to
giving them skill points, personality points, etc. There might even be a way to change
different things about your business--like making it more valuable or whatever--but I'm
not sure, haven't played with it that much. I wouldn't recommend doing this if you're not
pretty good with computer stuff, because if you do something wrong, it will hurt your
game. You'll have to reinstall your game and will lose saved games that you had unless
you're smart enough to back them up first.
