This cheats funny wierd and easy at the same time p.si do not have the game my sis has and we found it out yaaayyy lol
so
step 1:wait for them to come in
step 2:build a wall around them
step 3:wait for them to leave and get rid of the wall and walla no stupid grim reaper

Well here they are and type then as you see them here, but not what they do or the : ok? good, here they are:

motherlode: you can use this with any expansion, it gives you 50,000 simleons
forcetwins : use this a sim day after you've had s*x and you know that your going to have a baby, it gives you twins.
maxmotives: maxes all your motives
exit: exits the cheats menue when pressing ctrl the up button and c doesn't work

If you press Ctrl Shift and c at the same timE A CHEAT BOX COMES UP. Keep on pressing tab until On says unlock reward objects
Press enter and the go on to an adult sim the you press the reward objects bode underneath the inventory and press the telephone with the flames around it put it on your lot and call the grim reaper Then anyone that is dead in your family will come up you click on one person and pay the grim reaper and he will bring them back to life. You can use the phone over and over again.!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1

This cheat was told to me by a friend. It REALLY works! All you have to do is press the Ctrl, Shift & the letter 'C' key at the same time. A long, thin box SHOULD appear at the top of your screen. You must then type motherlode in the box. Press enter & if you look at the information at the bottom-left corner (where your Sims' mood info is, etc) you will see that your money should've increased. Keep doing this trick & you should get more money :)

This is how you make your house float :

Step 1 : make the bottom floor of your house

Step 2 : Choose any type of stairs you want and put them where ever you want

Step 3 : Make another floor on top of the first one

Step 4 : Hold down the CTRL botton and delete the bottom floor

And thats how you kake your house float !

( P.S if you don't know how to delete the walls on your house there are instructoins on the game !)

Okay, you press ctrl, shift and c at once and type in the text window...

when you press shift and click on somebody, heaps of cheats come up!!!
If error comes up on some cheats, you can either reset the object it came up on or delete it. Have fun!!

You still not finished with the sim and her/his aspirations, romance, friendship, etc? Then when the sim dies and the grim reeper comes and get him/her click on the grim reeper, there is only one option click on it. The person will come back to life!

Ok u know how to make a male and a female woo hoo right? well make 2 females married then put them in a bed , relax, woo hoo, its so funny, hey try it with 2 dudes.

When you are away to have your baby a menu will come up and then you type in how much babies you want.

If you just want your sim to become a vampire. or if you want a cellphone and you cant be bothered to go to downtown. or if you just want to kill your sim ECT. then first bring up the cheat menu which is. ctrl and shift and c all together. then first type in boolprop then space then type in testingcheatsenabled true. after boolprop press the space bar then type in testingcheatsenabled all together then press the space bar again type in true. dont press enter at all. hold shift then click on a sim. then you can give them phones mp3 players or you can set their aspiration ECT. CLICK ON MORE AND MORE AGAIN IF YOU WANT YOUR SIM TO BECOME A VAMPIRE. Submitted by simsmaster
