u make the man sim and the lady sim relax on a bed and then be the lady and clik on the
man clik cuddle kiss then try for a baby but the sims hav to be married first

First you have to have two married Sims of the opposite sex then get them to relax in a
bed together make sure they are happy then make them cuddle then choose try for baby then
listen for lullaby if you hear it she is pregnant.If your lucky you might have twins!But
with twins make sure you have two people to take care of them!!

u don't have to be married to try for a baby i had 3 kids before mine got married

When you try for a baby, you don't have to make them cuddle. You also don't need them to
be married.
