Hi my sims are Fortune aspiration and so they get alot of aspiration points for maxing the athletic career but my sims wont get promoted from MVP I have the right things maxed body, 2 mechanical (plus 1 more) and 3 charisma (plus 3 more) but he wont get promoted and what is the highest job in athletic career?

Unregistered 0	0 Hall of Famer The max out on the Athletic career is to become a hall of famer. However, oddly enough, they still have to go to work. As far as your sims not getting a promotion, make sure that that they have their needs mostly fullfilled (above halfway marks). If they aren't met your job rating will be low.
