 in my sims game that i bought today is great but once i installed it onto my laptop i started playing it and as i was moving the cursor around to make my sims move, the cursor was leaving a trail of arrows!!!??? i tried looking in the settings section but i couldn't find anything. is it just my computer or is it the game please help me somebody!!!

 ok i put the disk in and it loads and everything but when its time for the neighborhood to come up it just like turns off by its self!! what do i do?ive even bought other sims games thinking that it might be the disk but the other games do the same thing
