If you ever meet them again you will have the phone #, or throw a party by clicking your phone and select throw a party do it more than once because not everyone comes with one click. If they aren't living in your neighborhood you probably will not ever see them again. It could've been if you haven't seen or talked too them for way too long, you met way too many people it was an error, or you forgot to save. And least likely you only dreamed about that.
