How do you throw or use the rope to climb down?

I create a game at multiplayer and sometimes there is hakers or crossers can somebody please tell be how to kick them?

Finally after i identify the snipers from the light house what should i do. Whenever i shoot after few second i'm death. What to do?

How do i make the gun shoot. I've used the mouse and the % button but nothing makes it shoot.

Once the sniper climbs the rope,how do you get it to grab on to the log. As soon as I release the rope he falls. I tried using the key board and a X box controler. I'm stuck
