how do i get to prison camp and protect slave

were to do after blown up first part of pipeline

Got card from slave i go to elavator for pipe line but cant get it to work

fought my way down to bottom looking for gavin to (kill) got to the little building with the 2 slaves, don't know where to go all mines are blocked by cave in and can't get the gate open on the only one that looks open where do I go ????
