Cheat Installation

Is there anyone out there who is able to install the cheats for this game? I have come across several cheats, however, I am unable to follow the installation. The instructions below are just too hard to follow, can anyone please, give me a step by step guide as to how I do this please.

The cheats are unlocked by editing the profile configuration file located in (in Windows XP):
"C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\Ubisoft\Tom Clancy's Splinter Cell Chaos Theory\Profiles\[PROFILE NAME]\[PROFILE NAME].ini"
so if your profile name is DEFAULT, the directory would be:
"C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\Ubisoft\Tom Clancy's Splinter Cell Chaos Theory\Profiles\DEFAULT\DEFAULT.ini".
