How to get console in the first place what button to push where and what to write to get it plz give me a tutorial :D

If you go to your options menu before starting the game you need to set a key to bring up the console (This key by default on most games is the tilde key "`" top left corner below the Escape key) but you can set it to what ever you want when binding your keys. Once this is done either start a new game or load a saved game the press the key which you binded to show the console, a console then drops down from the top half of the screen which enables you to type commands in, example type help hit enter this will give you a list of available commands. Anyway type the command above (i can not vouch if this command works as i have not tried it myself) then hit enter. Press Esc to remove the console when done. By the way when you enter a command you normally get some sort of response to let you know if the command was correct or recognised. Hope this helped you guys out.

I dont want to be rude, but i really dont understand, which words to write down or what exactly do i have to do, when the console opens, because its written like this: "when your gaming open console and type gold for cash and power up in % do not typ more than 90% the game wil crash" So do i have to type in "gold for cash", or "gold for cash up and power up in %". The point is, that it doesnt recognise any of these words, but when i wrote the word "help", it showed me the list of commands. Can somebody please explain me, if this cheat even works and if it does, what do i have to do. Thx
