Secret - having trouble taking an enemy planet by ground?
well if u r on the rebellions side take a small snowspeeder squaderon along with1 platoon of soliders and have bombers
the soliders are to protect ur command post. and maybe even make turrets
fly the snowspeeders to the enemies bases and destroy them one by one until the bombers are ready then then bomb their bases and retreat.
you may ask why attack and retreat? well that attack destroyed their bases and now all u have to do is bring a much greater fleet into battle on that same planet and you should achive VICTORY
If on the Empire
then take a small fleet of soliders, tanks (idk the proper name)
use the tanks to attack any enemy forces that get in your way but make ur attack last a few seconds then keep moving to the enemies bases and boost your firepower and destroy their bases until the bombers are ready. then bomb the planet and Retreat or autoresolve then attack again
IF THIS DOESN'T WORK THEN BUILD UP YOUR ARMY AND ATTACK THE ENEMY FULL FORCE

Secret - how to push the enemy back
in galactic conquest
having problems with the enemy. well Build up a STRONG Space military on multiple planets. make sure that ur military has many many fighters in it(or frigates) make sure that u have one space hero in at least on of the military forces. finnaly move all your forces into multiple enemy planets and watch the enemy fall backwards. follow ur space victories with a major ground assault on all the planets with ur fleet over them.
This tactic should push the enemy back and give u more room for combat and better military possiblities

Secret - when battling on the campaign
make sure ur space fleet is strong there is one point on the rebels were u neeed a strong fleet
i had a strong fleet but it wasn't nearly has strong has it should have been
the empire have star destroyers and more smaller ship and alot of them 2

Secret - when battling on land battles
use the take cover technique for all infantry this technique will allow your troops to survive for alonger period of time also have about 4 platoons of troops move them all together when battling enemies take cover and select all your men and have them fire at an enemy tank or platoons
