At night, go to the second area. When you do, go to the condo place and go to the end of

keep going and going down that street til' you see one pale dude and two red dudes. The
pale one is the millionare. Bam.

In stick rpg2 your proly wondering where is the fvcking millionare. At 10:00 goto the
second area at the end of the road in between the cozy condo and the mobbster tower there
will be three men there. Pick the one in the middle. He will give you 1000 cash and -30
karma hope this helps

Go to the second island go to the very left at night time he will be surrounded by 2
muggers. Then give him the trophemon and he will give you negative karma
