You can even give it to Animal Acitivist Annie who's near your house in the evening and
she'll give you a hoverboard.

You have to have four trophemons (which are rare and fake birds) and give it to either the
Eccentric Millionaire (near the condo in night) or to the Animal Acitivist Annie (near
your first house in the evening).

Here's how to get the trophemons:

1) Buy smokes, cuban cigars, and a lighter from a yellow guy who sells the doomsday glock
by the bar near where the University is and give all of the listed items to Vinnie's
bodyguard in Vinnie's at night.
2) Buy a pizza from Joe's Pizza and a milkshake from McStick's and give the items to the
DJ in The Club in the evening.
3) Near the University is a guy playing the guitar. Keep giving him money and he'll give
you a trophemon.
4) Buy a Grand Slam Burger from McStick's and go to a road that is blocked by two
construction workers behind the casino. Give it to one of the construction workers and
he'll give you a ladder. Go to where the Mobster's Tower is and there will be a tree with
a girl next to it. Talk to her and use the ladder and you'll get a trophemon.
