1: Get high intelligence
2: Go to Stickbucks early in the morning. If Kate has a heart above her head, talk to her
and she'll give you a textbook.
3: Go to the University of Stick and give the textbook to Kyle (The green guy on the
couch)
4: When its afternoon, evening, or night, go to Skye's bar and give Kate the calculator
Kyle will give you.
5: Go back to the University later and give Kate the mechanical pencil (She'll give you
the pencil at the bar after she gets her calculator)
6: Kate will give you a watch, so go to the casino, go to the lower left corner and
there'll be a guy with a sword above his head. GIve him the watch and he'll give you a
ring.
7: During the evening, Kate will be outside the University. She should have a heart over
her head. Click on her and propose. Congratulations, you've married Kate.

I think the reason she doesn't have a heart over her head is because you already did so
much with Tiffany that Tiffany's your girlfriend, not Kate. If that's the problem, you
have two choices:

1) Marry Tiffany
2) Start over by creating a new character and this time go for Kate ONLY.
