Do the extreme workout at the gym everyday, and also get a well paying job, and then work
out all day one day, and work all day the next (with the exception of the extreme workout
in the morning) I have found this the easiest way to get 999 of strength, and for
intelligence just do that but instead of workout go to class, and when you cannot go to
class anymore study with the person in the main room. As for charm, just get drunk every
night, but a large sum of smokes and healing supplies, smoke until 10 health left, then
heal, then repeat.
P.S. I have 999 all attributes and +321
Karma, I am also married to Tiffany, and have maxed all jobs that you can do with + Karma
that I know of (Doctor, McSticks, Pizza, New Lines, Police, Guitar, Skateboard, XGen, and
Territory Marker.) I also live in the Condo and am on day 127, as well as 10 Achievements.

Okay first you need to get 200 strength and go to the secong street and meet tiffany with
a heart on her head. Take the puppy to the fancy house next the bank on the third street.
Take the keys from the girl with by the house and take them back to Tiffany. You will get
a scarf from Tiffany. Then in the evening or night, go to the club (you need an ID, u can
get one from the police station) and give the scarf to Tiffany and she will give u her
purse. The next day, meet Tiffany by the Mobster tower on the second street and give her
the purse and she will give you her ex boyfriends watch. Go to the Casino on the third
street (in the afternoon, evening or night) and trade it with the gye at the back for a
ring. Then go to Tiffany at the brown building under the University in the afternoon(Its
called sky's bar) and propose to Tiffany.
